We are happy to arrange our environment that suits to your dog. We do not leave him in small cage. We would love to make him feel as if he is at home, so that he can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay with us.

We provide an environment that is as close as possible to your home in order to minimize the stress felt by your dog in our care.  Unlike facilities where no one is around at night, our staff is on site during the night, making it possible for us to care for all types of dogs, from puppies to senior dogs.

A professional dog trainer is in charge of taking care of your dog. We are able to check what your dog is currently working on, such as walking or daily living concerns, and suggest the next steps while your dog is in our care.

🐶A full day’s rate is charged on both arrival and departure days.
This means that there is no risk of your dog/s losing their suite if there are unavoidable delays on your return trip.
ex)
A small dog 1 night 2 days →6,600 x 2 = 13,200yen
2 nights and 3 days, it will be 6,600 x 3 = 19,800yen

The price is inclusive of daily walks, treats, play time, brushing and plenty of love and cuddles.🐶

🐶Check-in/out out of hours that is before 9:00 am and after 8:00 pm, will be charged additional fee of the below.
Small sized dogs: 300yen/hour
Medium sized dogs: 350yen/hour
Medium/large sized dogs 400yen/hour
Large sized dogs: 450yen/hour
* Prices are based on body weight regardless of breed.

🐶Discounts for Consecutive stay
From the 8th to 14th day of the stay, you'll receive 5% discount from the base rate; from the 15th to the 21st day, a 10% discount; and from the 22nd day onwards, a 15%  discount. The longer your pup stay, the more you save!

🐶Multiple dogs
For the second and subsequent dogs, in addition to a 20% discount off the basic rate, the discount above will be added.

🐶During the busy season (Golden Week, Summer holidays 7/20-8/31, New year holiday 12/24-1/5), 1100 yen (tax included) will be added per day.
 
🐶Chauffeur service
Pick up/drop off; 1000yen one way trip
Early drop off and pick up +200yen (8:00 a.m. -9:00 a.m.) ,  + 500yen (7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.).
Late drop off and pick up + 200yen  (8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.) , + 500yen (9 p.m. to 12 a.m.)

🐶Please bring following items.
* Rabies vaccination certificate and vaccination certificate within 1 year before making a reservation
* Food that your dog always eats
* If your dog is allergic to certain food, please be sure to let us know in advance.
* Favorite bedding, brush, toys, treats your dog loves are always welcome!!
